Customer Technical Support & Account Managent

Full-Time
Atlanta, GA

Job Description: OxBlue is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time position to meet our goals of first class customer service. The individual will meet this goal by providing technical support, administrative and order fulfillment services as part of the OxBlue service. OxBlue's office is located at Howell Mill and 75, three minutes north of Georgia Tech.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily tech support services via the telephone, initiating contact with numerous construction sites across the country to identify and resolve problems with service at site. Also responds to e-mail inquiries.
  • Respond to client requests for tech support needs including access, user accounts and on site service. Process the fulfillment of orders and manage all associated tracking.
  • Assist with directing inbound calls and support of administrative and sales personnel as needed.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping with individual client contacts.
  • Update and use databases in order to audit monthly cellular account activity, accurately identify and verify accounts for transfer. Prepare internal documentation and coordinate transfer of accounts with cellular carriers.
  • Account management including user setup and online customer access modifications.
  • Process outbound and inbound shipments
  • Perform video production of time-lapse movies and other multimedia projects
  • Serve as a client advocate to assure that client requests are fulfilled to the clients satisfaction in a timely manner
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year Customer Support / Technical Support experience
  • Demonstrable exceptional customer service
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Must be highly self-motivated and work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills and self disciplined
  • Must posses strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, Internet and related applications
