Our pricing has two components: There is a one time hardware cost and a recurring monthly service fee. There
are no long term contracts and you can suspend or stop your service at any time.
Hardware:
There is a one-time cost for the hardware, the client owns it and may relocate it as needed. OxBlue warranties the
hardware for life, if the systems does not work we will repair it or replace it for free, including shipping costs.
No other vendor offers a lifetime warranty.
The hardware includes; high definition camera, cellular transmission hardware, embedded controller and
chipset, flash
drive / OxBlue OS software, weatherproof outdoor enclosure, auto-sensing heater and blower, jobsite mounting
equipment, free installation support, unconditional lifetime warranty.
Monthly Service:
There are no long term contracts and you pay only for the number of days you use the service. So if you don't
have
power at the jobsite for a week you don't pay for that week. If you take the camera down for a month to relocate it
to another jobsite, you don't pay for that month. You don't pay for any day you don't have images, regardless of
cause.
The monthly service includes; hosted project web page, OxBlue online interface, image quality optimization
software,
system optimized for fast loading, cellular jobsite transmission service, proactive connection monitoring, secure,
unlimited image storage, 24 x 7 x 365 live tech support, password protection, rock solid reliability.
