Relocation Orders
The first step is to submit a relocation order so that we may update our records and verify that the new site has
compatible coverage with your camera. The relocation order can be submitted via our website
www.OxBlue.com/order
Reconditioning and Provisioning
If the unit needs to be returned to OxBlue for either reconditioning or provisioning, please allow 7 to 10 days
from receipt of the unit and/or relocation order for the unit to be shipped. There is typically no charge for
reconditioning or provisioning of units.
Please note that units which have been inactive may no longer be provisioned on the cellular network. Before
relocating please contact OxBlue to determine if your camera is still active.
Activation and Testing
OxBlue cameras must be activated and tested for 24 hours at each new site. Once the camera is relocated to the
new site, please connect it to power for at least thirty (30) minutes and then call OxBlue at (888) 849-2583 to
confirm successful activation. Once the unit is activated, we suggest testing it for 24 hours at the site and then
confirming with OxBlue that there has been adequate cellular coverage during that 24 hour period, prior
to installing the camera.
