Order/Relocate

Simply contact us for a free quote at (888) 849-2583. Then, once you are ready to proceed, submit your project information online using the camera order form. We'll handle all of the details for you. (See more info on Activation & Testing.)

Activation & Testing

OxBlue recommends activating and testing cameras at each site prior to installation. Once the camera is at the jobsite, please connect it to power for at least thirty (30) minutes and then call OxBlue at (888) 849-2583 to confirm successful activation. Once the unit is activated, we suggest testing it for a minimum of 24-hours at the site and then confirming with OxBlue that there has been adequate cellular coverage during that 24-hour period, prior to installing the camera.

Testing verification is available Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Please call us at (888) 849-2583 if you have any questions or would like more information.

Relocate Your Cameras

The first step is to submit a relocation order so we may update our records and verify the new site has compatible coverage with your camera. The relocation order can be submitted via the camera order page of our website.

Reconditioning & Provisioning

If the unit needs to be returned to OxBlue for either reconditioning or provisioning, please allow 7 to 10 days from receipt of the unit and/or relocation order for the unit to be shipped. There is typically no charge for reconditioning or provisioning of units.

Please note that units that have been inactive may no longer be provisioned on the cellular network. Before relocating, please contact OxBlue to determine if your camera is currently provisioned on the cellular network. There is no charge for provisioning or shipping cameras from OxBlue within the U.S.

After the camera has arrived at the new site, OxBlue recommends testing and activating the camera. (See more info on Activation & Testing)
