The new addition joins the construction webcam service provider’s existing lineup of 6-, 8-, 12-, and 16-MP construction cameras. All of OxBlue’s construction cameras capture high-resolution images that project managers, investors, and other stakeholders use to monitor building, track progress, and coordinate logistics no matter how far they are from the job site. The 24-MP camera, which produces images measuring 6000 x 4000 pixels, provides OxBlue clients with the highest resolution and sharpest, most detailed images.
The images, which are transmitted over cellular networks via cellular technology built into the cameras, are viewed by stakeholders using OxBlue’s construction camera interface. Among the features the interface provides is the ability to zoom in on images to see details up close. With the 24-MP construction webcam, users can now zoom in very close to see fine details while retaining image quality and clarity.
OxBlue static and PTZ construction cameras take pictures of the job site continuously, capturing virtually every moment of construction. That extent of documentation provides a complete photographic record of a project, enabling stakeholders to understand such things as how to coordinate crews or deliveries to meet a certain deadline or how and when a problem occurred on the job site.
