Account executives cold-call up to 90 prospects a day. Using a discovery-education sales process, AEs engage VP-level decision makers in the construction industry, including real estate developers and Fortune 500 companies, to increase our market share as well as awareness of our offering.

Successful Candidates:

Successful candidates possess discipline, focus and initiative. They appreciate understanding how their role contributes to the Sales department and the company, and they take a process-oriented approach in completing tasks and achieving goals.

The first 90 days is an acclimation period. New hires focus on getting to know the company; understanding the Sales department’s role and our sales process; and developing core skills. As an AE, you have direct impact on OxBlue’s success, in terms of both creating a favorable perception with prospects and growing our client base. You’ll work directly with your manager to begin mastering our sales process. We take a graduated approach to training, exposing you to each step of our process as you master the previous step.

While the acclimation period familiarizes you with our process, our market, and the activity necessary for success, the focus of the next 90 days will be on executing our process end-to-end. You will become an expert on our ideal prospect by understanding the core motivation for their purchase and how to discover it. You will have a deep understanding of our solution and how to demonstrate it. And you will be well versed in closing the sale.
