Client Support Specialist

Client Support Position

Client Support provides technical and logistical phone support for the lifecycle of our clients' projects. We create an extraordinary client experience by acting as a proactive partner, rather than as a vendor.

If you have a track record of delivering exceptional support and are serious about furthering your career, we provide the guidance and training that set you up for success. This position entails:

  • Understanding OxBlue's equipment and technology and using this knowledge to: anticipate client needs; provide clients with functional capabilities and a service experience that exceed their expectations; solve novel problems quickly and creatively
  • Technical support for hardware and software, such as camera setup, user account setup, user tools, remote troubleshooting, and any other technical needs
  • Logistical support for order fulfillment and any other logistical needs
  • Auditing and managing vendor accounts

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of client-support experience in a technical, professional, or high-end service market
  • The mind-set and desire to anticipate and exceed client expectations
  • Outstanding ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking and to listen carefully to clients and coworkers
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Technical aptitude coupled with patience and willingness to guide clients in using our equipment and technology
