Digital Marketing Manager/Data Analyst

The Digital Marketing Manager/Data Analyst is responsible for using data analytics to determine the effectiveness of OxBlue’s digital marketing efforts, as well as perform a wide variety of metric-driven tasks including project managing HubSpot, running queries from CRM database, SEO monitoring, ROI analysis, CTR/open rate reporting, creating workflows, as well as collaborating with the Sales and Client Support departments to establish data-driven solutions that drive revenue.


  • Manage HubSpot platform for marketing automation and sales enablement
  • Work with Director of Marketing and Director of Sales to project manage implementation of an automated lead scoring system
  • Run queries for email segmentation (using SQL or comparable)
  • Monitor SEO best practices and areas of improvements
  • Measure effectiveness of marketing efforts based on data and content performance, including click-through rate, open rate, performance of A/B testing
  • Format responsive e-mail and landing page content using HMTL, in-line CSS, CSS stylesheets, and HUBL
  • Perform ROI analysis on Marketing ventures
  • Monitor Google AdWords and pay-per-click page performance
  • Run ad hoc queries and searches (including for other departments, when needed)
  • Create and maintain HubSpot workflows and logic
  • Add alt text, keywords, and meta descriptions for blogs posts, landing pages, websites


  • Bachelor’s Degree or in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or comparable
  • Experience with the following programs:
    • HubSpot/HUBL or similar marketing automation platform
    • EXCEL (robust experience required)
    • SQL or comparable
    • Google AdWords
    • SEMrush or comparable
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CSS stylesheets
  • Knowledge of how to run queries from CRM database
