Lead Generation Position

If you've already demonstrated the motivation and mind-set it takes to excel in a sales environment and are serious about taking your skills to the next level and beyond, we provide the guidance and tools that set you up for success. You will be responsible for:

  • Gathering information on organizations with construction interests, including Fortune 500 companies, real estate development firms, and others, to develop and qualify leads
  • Cold-calling potential leads to build a solid pipeline of contacts for our sales team
  • Arranging meetings and conference calls with our sales team and prospective clients
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly quotas for scheduling meetings
  • Keeping current on events relevant to our target market to grow our client base


  • 0-2 years in generating leads and supporting sales team, preferably in the construction industry or in a consulting-services market
  • Working knowledge of Excel; experience with a CRM system is a plus
  • Professional and engaging phone manner and outstanding listening and writing skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
